WE DID, AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, COLLAPSE THE SECTION AT CEDAR CREEK IN 5TH GRADE, WHICH THAT MAKES THOSE NUMBERS A LITTLE BIT HIGHER, BUT HAVING THAT EXTRA SECTION WAS REALLY THERE WERE GOING TO BE VERY SMALL SECTIONS ACROSS THE BOARD. THEN AT ONE POINT, WE DID MOVE ALL OF OUR OUT OF DISTRICT KINDERGARTNERS FROM FOREST TRAIL IN CEDAR CREEK TO EANES. AT ONE POINT, WE HAD TAKEN SOME KINDERGARTNERS AT EANES ELEMENTARY WHO ACTUALLY HAD SIBLINGS AT EANES, AND WE TOOK THOSE KINDERGARTNERS AND WE MOVED THEM TO CEDAR CREEK BECAUSE EANES WAS SO FULL IN KINDERGARTEN. BUT ONCE WE RE OPENED THAT SECTION AT EANES, WE COULD THEN MOVE THOSE KINDERGARTNERS BACK SO THEY COULD BE WITH THEIR SIBLINGS, WHICH WAS ALWAYS OUR HOPE IN THE LONG RUN, BUT WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO BALANCE NUMBERS, IT'S A LITTLE BIT TRICKY. THEN WE HAD ACCEPTED A WHOLE BUNCH OF OUT OF DISTRICT TRANSFERS FOR KINDER AT FOREST TRAIL AND FOREST TRAIL KINDERGARTNERS. THERE'S A LOT OF KINDERGARTNERS NOW OVER THERE IN LOST CREEK COMING OVER TO FOREST TRAIL IN THAT AREA. [01:35:04] WE DEFINITELY SAW AN INCREASE IN KINDERS AT FOREST TRAIL THAT WE WEREN'T EXPECTING. WE'RE ABLE TO MOVE FAMILIES AND BALANCE FAMILIES OUT. SOMETIMES IT IS HARD TO SAY, YOU WERE GOING TO BE AT THIS SCHOOL, AND NOW YOU'RE GOING TO BE AT THAT SCHOOL, BUT WE'VE HAD A LOT OF GOOD CONVERSATIONS WITH PARENTS AND TRIED TO WALK EVERYBODY THROUGH AND EXPLAIN. ONE THING THAT WAS A LITTLE BIT SURPRISING, BUT IN A REALLY GOOD WAY FOR US IS WE HAD SOME EXTRA KINDER TRANSFERS THAT AT THE TIME, WE JUST COULDN'T TAKE BECAUSE OF OUR CURRENT RESIDENT ENROLLMENT. WE HAD THOSE STUDENTS, THE PRINCIPALS HAD LOOKED AT THOSE STUDENTS, THE RECORDS THAT THEY HAD SENT, AS MUCH AS A KINDERGARTNER HAS AN EDUCATIONAL RECORD. THOSE STUDENTS WERE ACTUALLY IN A WAITING LIST. IT WASN'T UNTIL REALLY THE WEEK BEFORE LAST THAT WE REACHED OUT TO THOSE FAMILIES AND OFFERED THEM SPOTS. WE HAD A 73% ACCEPTANCE RATE OUT OF THOSE KINDERGARTNERS WHO WERE ON A WAIT LIST. A LOT OF WHAT WE HEAR IS WE HAVE TO OFFER THESE POSITIONS EARLY. IF YOU DO OUR SEATS EARLY, IF YOU DON'T, YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE ALL THESE KIDS. THEY HAVE TO PICK WHATEVER SCHOOL THEY'RE GOING TO GO TO, AT LEAST, AND IT'S A PRETTY SMALL SAMPLE SIZE. IT WAS AROUND 13 STUDENTS, I THINK. BUT WE WERE VERY SURPRISED AT HOW MANY OF THEM WERE LIKE, YES, AND WE'RE SO EXCITED WHEN WE WENT AHEAD AND OFFERED THEM THAT SEAT. WE'VE INCREASED APPROXIMATELY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM 04,000 SQUARE FEET TO AROUND 13,000 SQUARE FEET. ADDED 70 SPACES TO THE WEST LAKE HIGH SCHOOL PARKING INVENTORY WITH THAT PROJECT. THEN FINALLY, ATS. THIS IS GOING TO BE A PARTIAL FACILITY RENOVATION. WE REMODELED, FOR THE MOST PART, THE TLC, TO INCLUDE A MOCK APARTMENT FOR OUR STUDENTS. THE KITCHEN WAS EXPANDED TO HAVE MULTIPLE APPLIANCES, ALLOWING STUDENTS FOR DIFFERENT CULINARY EXPERIENCES. WE MODIFIED THE RESTROOMS, AND THEN WE ADDED ENTRY LOCKERS TO THE WELCOME AREA JUST TO GIVE THE STUDENTS THAT FEELING OF A REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE. WITH THE BOND 2023, WE'VE COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS. WE UPDATED SECURITY CAMERAS, ACCESS CONTROL, PROPER ALARMS AT ALL FOUR CAMPUSES, REPLACED TURF FIELD NUMBER THREE AT THE HIGH SCHOOL, REPLACED THE CHILLER AT THE 9TH GRADE CENTER, RESURFACED THE PLAYGROUNDS AT EANES AND BRIDGEPOINT ELEMENTARY, UPDATED ELEVATORS AT THE STADIUM, AND THEN REPLACED BASKETBALL GOALS AT HILL COUNTRY AND WEST RIDGE MIDDLE SCHOOLS. REPAIR THE PARKING LOT AT HILL COUNTRY MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND WE'VE UPDATED THE LIGHTNING PREDICTION SYSTEMS ON ALL OUR CAMPUSES. >> FOR NON-CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, TECHNOLOGY SERVICES WORKED ON OUR HARDWARE AND OUR DEVICES.
